DescriptionREFY BEAUTY is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a proven track record in brand building and creating legacy brands.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative go-to-market strategies and brand-led growth plans to elevate REFY BEAUTY's presence in the market.
The CMO will oversee various teams including Brand Marketing, Creative and Brand, Product, and Digital/E-commerce, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and brand strategies that resonate with REFY BEAUTY's target audience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across all channels.
- Drive product marketing initiatives, including product launches, positioning, and messaging, to maximize market penetration and customer engagement.
- Champion brand consistency and integrity across all communication channels, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the marketing organisation. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the marketing teams, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, with a strong background in brand building and creating legacy brands.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and market share.
- Expertise in developing and implementing marketing and brand strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- LExperience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus.
