  • You qualify leads
  • You will actively support our sales department with profound market research
  • You convert leads into sales opportunities and conclude new business against an assigned quota
  • By Multi-Channel-Approach you arrange consultation meetings between our potential customers and our field sales force
  • You establish new contacts to prospective customers and maintain these contacts in the long term
  • You regularly maintain and expand data in our CRM
This is what you bring to SER
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable education
  • You have a confident appearance and you are not afraid of cold calling
  • You have experience in the initiation of new business relationships (B2B)
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the B2B software environment - ECM/BPM knowledge is a plus
  • You bring demonstrated ability to interface persuasively with C-Level executives and other sales professionals
  • You are familiar with tools like LinkedIn SalesNavigator, SalesForce or other CRMs
  • You are native in English - every additional language is a plus
