Start on Site are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team covering the London area.

What will I be doing as an Account Manager?

* Create a strong working relationship with customers, understanding of customer’s sites, systems and services

* Proactively manage customer accounts ensuring they are compliant and profitable

* Prepare quotes

* Conduct regular client/contract review meetings and contract audits

* Manage contract renewals

* Prospect new business opportunities and proactively manage the sales pipeline to achieve individual and regional targets

* Identifying referral, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio

* Actively sell all product groups and service streams to new and existing customers

* Complete tenders and PQQ applications

What we need from you

* Proven track record in Account Management

* Experience within water treatment/hygiene (essential)

* Proven sales skills demonstrating ability to deliver targets

* Experience of building strong relationships with customers

* Good presentation, planning and organisational skills

* Full UK driving license

* Demonstrate behaviours in line with our company values : Respect, Accountability, Reliability & Integrity.
