NEC Supervisor – Permanent or Contractor Role
Scotland (Hybrid – mix of office/site & home working)
We’re looking for an experienced NEC Supervisor to oversee design and construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage. Whether you’re seeking a permanent position or prefer contracting, we’d love to hear from you.
Scope Understanding – Assist in defining project scope and attending key meetings.
~ Contract Communications – Manage NEC4 communications and reply within deadlines.
~ Support the PM & QS – Help analyze compensation events and provide dispute advice.
~‍♂️ Site Inspections – Regular site visits to ensure the contractor meets the scope and quality standards.
~ Defect Management – Monitor, report, and issue notices on defects, ensuring they’re corrected properly.
~️ Testing & Commissioning – Witness testing activities and ensure quality processes and audits are followed.
