This role will support in attracting and engaging top, diverse talent to our business, and helping to build our future talent pipelines and play a key role in the delivery of our Early Careers programmes across the business.
Manage pipelines for high volume early careers programmes focusing on providing additional support to candidates from underrepresented backgrounds including coaching calls and interview preparation
Support the wider Early Careers team in building a powerful attraction message for both our Graduate and Internship campaigns
Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads and Hiring Managers to understand their requirements and underrepresented talent areas then use this insight to identify new channels and innovative methods to attract diverse talent to Capital One
Build positive relationships with potential candidates and have great conversations about our culture and the roles you’re hiring for
Support the Learning & Development team with building an engaging and inclusive onboarding plan for new joiners
Support Talent Acquisition Partners across key roles and business areas and proactively source diverse talent for experienced hire roles
It would be great if you’ve previously handled high volume pipelines or had experience in hiring early careers programmes as well
You’ve got great communication skills and are highly responsive to candidates and hiring managers so that we deliver an excellent recruitment experience
You’re comfortable building trusted relationships and networks internally and externally, partnering with the business and internal employee resource groups to drive referrals and attending external events to promote Capital One and attract diverse talent

This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office.
We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. 
We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our offices 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
