Actuator Technician (Brighouse)

Actuator Technician: Supporting our team with maintenance, service, repair and testing of all actuator types

Primary responsibilities of the role will include

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
• Service, repair and testing of all Electric Valve Actuator types
• Installation test and commission of Electric Valve Actuators to Valves in our workshop
• Provide training and overview of actuator services to trainees and apprentices
• Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications

• Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering qualification (preferred)
• Completed an engineering apprenticeship (preferred)

Experience

• Basic electrical skills, fault finding, testing and commissioning of all actuator types
• Be fully competent working alone on all valve and actuator types
• Demonstrable workshop or technician experience within a valve actuator workshop environment – preferred
