The Role: As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and development of the students. Providing one-on-one and group support to students, addressing their emotional and behavioural needs.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create and maintain individual support plans.
Monitoring and recording student progress, reporting to senior staff as needed.
NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable.
Experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly those with emotional and behavioural challenges.
