Our client is as well establish legal practice with several offices across North Somerset. They provide expert advice to bothprivateandcommercialclients about a wide range of legal issues. They offer a professional, specialist service combined witha personal and friendly approach.
They are dedicated to providing a good, local service and are very much a part of the communities in which they live and work.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to provide a commercially driven premium legal service in all aspects of the sale and purchase of commercial property.
This role requires a perfect blend of expertise and commercial acumen, alongside delivering a client centric service. You’ll find yourself handling a variety of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant acquisitions and disposals, relocations, funding, transfers of going concerns andresidential and commercial developments.
This role requires expertise and experience, you’ll have worked in a similar role previously, have a varied and wide knowledge of commercial property matters and be completely client focussed. You’ll also have excellent commercial acumen and the ability to spot a solution at fifty paces.
