Our client is flexible on the level of PQE you have but previous Commercial Property experience is a must.

Handling commercial property transactions from initial client contact through to completion over a range of matters including:

  • Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises.
  • Landlord & Tenants matters.
  • Development, infrastructure and planning projects
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts or investors, developers, retailers and public sector organisations
  • Mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals

You must have the ability to identify problems, recommend solutions and work on your own initiative.

  • Effective use of case management systems with IT skills in Word and Excel
  • A strong team player who supports colleagues and the work of the team.
  • Resilient and well organised with ability to handle own case load.
  • Commercial Property Awareness.
  • Ability to communicate complex Legal matters in everyday terms.

The position would suit someone who is able to use their initiative, is highly organised, accurate, proactive, ambitious and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure. Excellent all-round communication skills, professional telephone manner and attention to detail is essential. You will also have a flexible approach and the ability to work well within a team environment .
