Commercial Finance Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who has solid experience of working in the FMCG sector.
The Commercial Finance Manager will be joining adynamic team and be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy to propel the business forward.

Financial Planning and Forecasting
Lead Strategic Financial Planning: Oversee annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic plans.
Accurate Financial Forecasting: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine inputs for precise forecasts.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
In-Depth Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analyses to understand the impact of volume, price, and cost changes on profits.
Present Financial Insights: Simplify and communicate financial data in team meetings.
Commercial Analysis and ROI: Analyze pricing, promotions, and return on investment (ROI) to support commercial decisions.
Ad Hoc Analysis and Support: Provide critical data and analysis for various teams.
Ensure Financial Accuracy: Maintain the reliability of financial statements.

Proven Commercial Business Partnering experience in an FMCG business
CA, CIMA, ACCA, ACMA)
Strong commercial awareness.
Advanced Excel skills, capable of handling large data sets.
