Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Recruiit. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of management accounting, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management Accounting: Oversee the production of accurate and timely management accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
- Cost and Business Analysis: Analyze and optimize business costs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Year-End Audit: Support the year-end audit process, ensuring accurate and complete financial reporting.
- Technical Skills: Possess strong Excel and systems skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) individual with extensive management accounting experience.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of finance professionals.
