Night Support Worker, Maes Y Coed, Pembroke Dock. £An exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand new home and team

We’re a leading organisation dedicated to provide exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.

Maes Y Coed is our latest home in the Pembrokeshire area based near Pembroke Dock. Our Maes Y Coed home is a welcoming home comprising of four individual flats situated on the grounds of its sister service, Bangeston Hall. Maes Y Coed takes pride in its commitment to providing personalise care packages that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident. We are looking forward to opening and welcoming our individuals to their new home.

If you possess a compassionate nature and find fulfilment in empowering remarkable adults through nurturing, caring, motivating, and encouraging their decision-making, then this role is tailor-made for you.

Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation; We are looking for people who care and have:

Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts; This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
