Job Description: We are seeking a talented Design Verification Engineer to join our team. As a remote employee based in the UK, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our semiconductor designs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute verification plans, develop test benches, and verify CPU connectivity to IP blocks. Your expertise in UVM, Verilog/System Verilog, and functional coverage will be essential in meeting project goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Create coverage-driven verification plan documents
  • Develop UVM verification environments
  • Verify CPU connectivity to IP blocks using ASM boot and C code (GNU toolchain)
  • Write test plans and define test methodologies
  • Develop test benches and write test cases
  • Complete functional verification and close coverage for design blocks
  • Run regressions and debug test failures
  • Develop tests to meet functional and code coverage requirements
  • Provide verification reports demonstrating successful test implementation on RTL
  • Utilize a mix of verification techniques, including UVM, formal methods, and Verilog/System Verilog-based testbenches
  • General verification (Interrupts, Memory Map, RAS, boot) (Arm arch knowledge)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in UVM and Verilog/System Verilog
  • Experience with functional coverage analysis
  • Knowledge of CPU architectures and connectivity
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
