Dunbar Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Northampton, which is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team immediately This is an exciting opportunity for an HLTA who is passionate about supporting students across year groups in a school that truly values excellence in education.
As an HLTA, you'll be an essential part of the teaching and learning process, supporting students and teachers in achieving high standards. You'll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, lead small group sessions, and provide tailored support to help each child thrive. Lead interventions for students who may need additional help, helping them to build confidence and reach their goals

HLTA qualification or equivalent, with experience supporting students in a primary school setting
