Role: Account Executive

Location: London (hybrid)

We are currently supporting this well known fintech company with their impressive growth plans as they scale their Account Executive Team. In the UK, small and medium businesses make up over 60% of the revenue & jobs, and this business help companies like this to grow and be successful.

The company have a very structured onboarding and development plan which has been tried and tested at successfully supporting people when they start at the business. All of the managers in the company are non-billing managers so they are 100% focused on you and dedicating their time specifically to their team to help everyone. Also 60% of the senior leadership team are female so they are very passionate about creating an environment for supporting women in fintech and women in sales.

The team go into the office 2 days a week & have the most incredible state of the art office. The progression opportunities can see you moving based on your skill set and what you enjoy doing in the job. Previous account Executives have moved into different teams but also leadership positions.
