As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will:

Be a cornerstone of direct care, offering unwavering support and guidance in a residential setting.
Collaborate with colleagues and professionals for holistic care, valuing open communication.
Elevate your expertise through team meetings, training, and supervision, honing your skills and sharing your insights. While prior experience in residential care is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.
