Behaviour Mentor

Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and other school staff.
Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and guardians.
Monitor and record student progress and behaviour changes.
Work closely with the school's SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to support students with additional needs.
Deliver workshops and training sessions on behaviour management strategies for staff and parents.
Assist the classroom teacher with lesson planning and preparation, adapting materials to meet the needs of students with ASD. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience working with primary school-aged children in a behavioural support role.
Enhanced DBS Certificate
Brilliant communication and collaborative skills
Patient and empathic personality and ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
