CCA Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnered with a market leading brand who are recruiting a new Contact Centre Legal Team Manager role, to be based at their state-of-the-art offices in Bristol.

This operation provides legal advice and legal expenses insurance services to millions of high-profile corporate customers. This is an inbound operation providing support and advice on a range of matter including employment issues, consumer rights, property disputes and personal injury.

Responsible for up to 15 legal advisors in a thriving contact centre environment.
Leading daily operational performance in line with strict KPI's and SLA's.
Drive performance through coaching, 121's, feedback, and personal development plans.
Support the work of the Quality Assurance Manager by supporting completion of agreed levels of monitoring (FCA call quality, TCF, complaint cases). Work with the Quality Assurance Manager/s to implement quality/compliance improvements, and drive performance.Demonstrable experience of leading a legal contact centre operation.
Either a law graduate and/or relevant industry work experience.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contact Centre Legal Team Manager to further their career and develop within a company that will support your goals and career ambitions.
