Based in our Swansea office , this is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to support the Residential Conveyancing team on a permanent basis.


Supporting solicitors with the day-to-day management of residential conveyancing matters
Managing and updating the case management system and online portals
Ensuring a high standard of client care and compliance throughout every case


Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary is a plus, but strong admin experience in a corporate environment is just as beneficial.
Strong IT skills, confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
Driving licence not essential, but flexibility to travel to other offices when needed
