Our client is the fastest-growing company in the app discovery sector, operating mobile marketing platforms and games globally. Their goal is to create software for every mobile device worldwide with the backing of one of the largest media conglomerates in Germany. They seek a Managing Director to work alongside the Co-MD and report directly to the Co-Founders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of strategy formulation and product roadmaps.
  • Assess market dynamics, craft product and tech vision, and set lasting goals.
  • Supervise product and tech teams, encompassing resource allocation.
  • Collaborate as a strategic ally to the Co-MD, spanning business strategy, culture, and operations.
  • Steer the creation of inventive product features for a broad global user base.
  • Construct effective strategies to sustain or attain market dominance, converting them into practical assignments.

You:

  • Demonstrate a history of successfully leading high-performing tech/product teams in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Possess strong analytical, data-focused, and well-organized qualities.
  • Exhibit adept communication skills with outstanding leadership capabilities.
  • Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, with a profound grasp of both product and technology.
  • Showcase a track record of taking nascent products to substantial revenue.
  • Excel in analyzing intricate technical challenges and providing solutions.
  • Capable of structuring processes for enhanced efficiency and project completion.
  • Display a willingness to guide and support your leadership team in achieving their best.
  • Adapt easily between strategic thinking and meticulous fine-tuning.
  • Express a keen interest in tackling intricate technical and logical hurdles.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in performance marketing, software as a service, and advertising business models.
  • Possess fluency in English, both spoken and written.
