We know that everyone is different, so we ensure that we provide a service that is as individual as each resident.
Here at settle we are looking for Neighbourhood partners to join the Housing team on a fixed term contract up to 12 month. You will provide practical help, support and referrals to our partner agencies for residents who need support with managing their home and tenancy. Monitor and drive improvements in home and neighbourhood standards, ensuring residents can be proud to live in their communities
Respond and investigate allegations of tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour, offering interventions when necessary and keeping robust notes and evidence for preparation of paperwork for legal action.
Ensure all relevant legislation, policies and procedures are adhered to and be able to communicate these effectively.
Work collaboratively with other housing teams specifically on rent arrears and anti-social behaviour prevention
Be passionate about the delivery of social housing and thriving communities with an understanding of some of the challenges our resident groups may experience.
Knowledge of social housing, tenancy management and welfare benefits
Identify and manage difficult conversations with residents, which could include those causing anti-social behaviour, in financial difficulty or suffering from domestic abuse
Work with us to reduce complaints and increase resident satisfaction. Have a full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
