Milestone Education are currently seeking nurturing and committed individuals to join our team as an Early Years TA Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activites that support the EYFS curriculum.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to young children, helping them develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction.
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where all children feel valued and encouraged.
  • Support the planning and preparation of classroom materials and resources.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Foster positivie relationships with childen, encouraging their social and emotional development.
  • Help with the supervision of children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to support the individual needs of each child.
Requirements: To be successful in this role you will need:
  • An Enhanced DBS Check (Or be willing to complete one)
  • Relevant educational qualifications and expereince working within an early years setting.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
