Responsibilities:

* Assist in the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activites that support the EYFS curriculum.

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to young children, helping them develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and social interaction.

* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where all children feel valued and encouraged.

* Support the planning and preparation of classroom materials and resources.

* Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

* Foster positivie relationships with childen, encouraging their social and emotional development.

* Help with the supervision of children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

* Work closely with teachers and other staff to support the individual needs of each child.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need:

* An Enhanced DBS Check (Or be willing to complete one)

* Relevant educational qualifications and expereince working within an early years setting.

* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Additional Details:

Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Salary: Competitive, based on the M1 - M6 teaching scale, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
