*We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Locum Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our dedicated team in Milton Keynes. This position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with varied shifts from Monday to Friday, and a rotating Saturday morning shift. If you are a motivated and experienced veterinary nurse looking for a dynamic and supportive work environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
*Provide high-quality nursing care to inpatients, assisting with treatments, procedures, and monitoring their progress.
* Support veterinarians during consultations, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
* Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed by the veterinary surgeon.
* Communicate effectively with clients, providing advice and support on pet care and treatment plans.
* Participate in the rotating Saturday morning shift (1 in 3) as part of your responsibilities.
*A full-time schedule with varied shifts from Monday to Friday.
* A rotating Saturday morning shift (1 in 3), allowing for a balance of work and personal time.
* Competitive and negotiable pay based on experience and qualifications.
* Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with active registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary nursing role.
* Flexibility to work different shifts as required, including the rotating Saturday morning shift.
