Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists, a leading specialist-led small animal hospital, invites applications for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic night team.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to provide exceptional wards-based nursing care to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clinicians, RVNs, and ACAs to deliver high-quality care and support the growth and development of our nursing team.
Our diverse case load offers a challenging and varied environment, providing out-of-hours care for our hospitalised medical and surgical inpatients across our different wards. We have an anaesthesia team available around the clock for emergency procedures, as well as dedicated specialists on call for each discipline to provide emergency support.
We house two primary dog wards, an ICU/high-dependency unit, and a separate cat ward, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs. This is not a sole charge position, and you will work your night shifts supported within a team of clinicians, RVNs, and ACAs.
