The A-SAFE Group is looking for a Regional Account Manager for our A-SAFE UK team covering the Eastern region of the UK.

The role of the Regional Account Manager is field based responsible for managing repeat business with current Regional, Major, and Key Account customers identifying ways to proactively upsell & cross-sell products and services to becoming a value-added partner to a wide range of clients across multiple sectors.

How You Can Help Us:

• Conduct follow-up meetings with customers to present proposals either face-to-face or online if necessary.
• Work collaboratively with Technical Service Team function to prepare the proposal.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Support Manager function to ensure seamless service level to customers.
• Work collaboratively with New Business Development Managers in closing handover phase for new category regional clients.
• Work collaboratively with Key Account & Major Account Managers providing support where required across Key and Major customers.
• Conduct regular account management meetings with stakeholder to maintain strong customer relationships either face-to-face or online if necessary.
• Ensure all internal systems (CRM) and databases are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
• Key / Major / Accounts Team.
• New Business Development Team.
• Customer Success Manager.
• Technical Service Team.

The Regional Account Manager will be assigned a specific geographic patch and will be assigned sites and / or accounts within that territory (circa 80 - 160 sites)

Core Business Responsibilities:

• Ensure that you, your colleagues and any visitors conduct selves with due regard to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, procedures and Safe Systems of Work when on site.
• Promote equality and diversity at all times while representing the Company;
• Undertake any additional reasonable task instructed by a member of the Executive and Senior Management team;

A proven track record in a skilled account developer sales role.
• The ability to overcome objections and identify solutions to help secure the sale, while remaining diplomatic and trustworthy at all times.
• Working knowledge off CRM systems
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A proven track record of sales negotiations and closing deals.
• Strong commercial awareness
• A full driving license.
