6+ years of digital agency, production company, or in-house experience producing high-impact B2B/B2C video and podcast content.
~ Well-rounded production skills across pre-production, production, and post—from scripting to shooting, editing, and audio.
~ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with strong skills in After Effects, Audition, Lumetri Color, and Media Encoder.
~ Expert camera operator with studio, on-location, and social-first shooting experience, plus strong understanding of lighting, audio/video hardware and studio setups.
~ Demonstrated ability to originate creative concepts across diverse video and podcast formats; Exceptional communication, multitasking, and project management skills, with strong stakeholder management and attention to detail.
~ Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
~ Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Associates, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree in media or video / audio production

Produce polished, brand-aligned video and podcast edits using Adobe Premiere, Audition, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools.
Leverage emerging GenAI platforms to explore concepts, enhance workflows, and push creative boundaries.
Partner with stakeholders, the Video & Podcast and Design teams to translate briefs into compelling creative concepts.
Develop clear, story-driven video and podcast ideas—and articulate the rationale behind your creative approach.
Manage external agency relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with creative goals, while contributing actively to team ideation and an inclusive workplace culture.
