This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and a deep understanding of our products and the needs of our partners.

Candidates must also possess written/verbal communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, negotiation skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the ability to exhibit professional business conduct at all times.

Develop and execute partner account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reporting on partner performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, offering guidance and support to help them maximize the value of our solutions.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in partner or channel management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
