An involved Client Services role which will support a dynamic, expanding Lloyd's Market Fintech business who seeks a person with Lloyd's Market background, to assist with onboarding new Appointed Representatives.

City of London - Hybrid

The company seeks a person with who has a good understanding of Lloyd’s and other London Market practices and procedures, London Market systems knowledge, understands the TOBA process in conjunction with compliance and legal, and can work with the Processing Team to manage binding authorities and/or line slips to support onboarding insurance clients.

Duties include ensuring that the firm and clients are fully utilising and conforming to the FCA requirements

Assist with all forms of Lloyd’s applications as required

Communicate with clients and markets via email and telephone as required

Manage TOBA process in conjunction with compliance and legal

Work with the Processing Team to manage binding authorities and/or line slips as required

Maintain all electronic (and/or paper) files to the required standard

Help with both technical and accounting queries relevant to Lloyd’s projects

Report any complaints received speedily, and in accordance with the Firm’s procedures

Other tasks as may be required from time to time

Objectives of the Role

To assist with onboarding new Appointed Representatives (AR)

To assist with managing AR relationships

To work closely with compliance function on the AR network oversight

To provide a high-quality support service to clients, markets, and third-party organisations, particularly in respect of Lloyd’s processes

To ensure that all clients adhere to the FCA and Lloyd’s regulatory requirements

To ensure that all documentation and/or applicable procedures adhere to the standards required by the Firm and set from time to time by the London Market

To support the Director of Networks in day-to-day activities
