Joining our Network Build division as a Commercial Manager, you’ll lead our commercial and contracts team on the management of contractual changes, as well as driving the standardisation of best practise approaches across our portfolio of contracts. Developing and maintaining data accuracy and reporting for all in-flight and contractual changes
Ensuring agreed contractual changes are briefed to Pre-Contracts to ensure compliance with changes on future contracts
Advising stakeholders on budgets, risks, and opportunity as a result of contractual change
Acting as the lead interface for any initiatives where Build related contracting or commercial management might be impacted
You’ll have extensive background in contract/commercial management or quantity surveying, with particular experience in advising and executing contract change or contract drafting. Experience managing key stakeholders across all business functions, collaborating effectively across different teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets
Familiarity with change management processes and practises
