Lead and motivate a team of Recruitment Consultants and Key Account Specialists to achieve their full potential.
Drive performance and ensure adherence to set KPI’s
Monitor, prepare and communicate financial and performance targets expected and actual performance both individually and as a team
Provision of coaching and 1-2-1 support and guidance to the team
Oversee operational and new business management within the private and public sector.
Ensure full compliance with company processes, procedures, and legal requirements.
Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits and Client Ethical and Customer Audits as required

Proven track record of managing teams within the Recruitment Industry with proven success in new business Development
Proven ability to develop and manage a team of recruiters with a focus on growing existing and new business opportunities
Financial fluency and sound commercial knowledge
Proficiency in MS office including Excel and power point
