We operate mainly in the North with exciting plans to expand nationally in the coming three-five years via more stores, deliver everywhere now via our online sales and with commercial partnerships.

Our Finance department will drive our company forward, from steering major investment projects to transforming data into powerful insights. As trusted business partners, we will ensure financial precision, uphold the highest standards in reporting, and safeguard our business's integrity – critical in this major growth phase.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team and lead that, establishing and shaping the department with the buy-in of stakeholders. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Business, accounts, reporting cycles, and financial performance. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate forecasts/budgets and monthly accounts, and have the opportunity to present insightful Business Review Packs influencing key strategic decisions. By continuously improving the quality of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and commercial decision-making, you’ll ensure all stakeholders receive the right support at the right time.

Newly qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent), or part-qualified and actively pursuing studies (study support available).
Commercial business knowledge and FP&A experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience of financial management systems
ERP systems experience is a bonus.

Our business operation and structures will scale and change to effectively manage that, presenting multiple opportunities for colleagues to grow and develop.

Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
~ Hybrid working with min. 4 days/week on-site in our Bakery in Beeston (LS11 5TQ with occasional working at our Stores)
