**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee and review budgets for each business department to ensure alignment with company goals

  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
  • Develop and implement financial reporting systems to provide insights into business performance
  • Supervise a team of accountants to ensure smooth financial operations and provide guidance on financial matters
  • Examine financial reports and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the finance department, preferably in a manufacturing business
  • Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on approach, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting, with experience in accounting software
  • Strong ethics and a customer-oriented attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
