Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcoming and assisting guests.
  • Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive guest experiences through exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting event set-up and breakdown, which may involve some heavy lifting.
  • Guiding guests throughout the stadium.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with a diverse range of guests.
  • Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.
  • Flexible availability in match days.
