Our expertise spans hyperscale data centers, AI compute environments, and the broader technology ecosystem, supporting roles across IT, engineering, operations, and commercial functions. The Opportunity WNTD has been appointed as the exclusive RPO partner for a sovereign AI client, a pre-launch scale-up organisation tasked with developing and operating AI infrastructure. This ambitious initiative will create the foundation for future AI innovation. We are seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our dedicated WNTD RPO delivery team, working closely with the Talent Solutions Lead to deliver large-scale recruitment activity across this high-growth programme. You will not be embedded within the client team directly but will operate as part of WNTD’s internal RPO function to deliver a high volume of technical, operational, and leadership hires during a rapid build-out phase. This is an exciting opportunity to help scale a pioneering organisation from the ground up and to play a part in one of the most significant technology infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Deliver recruitment solutions as part of the WNTD RPO delivery team, reporting to and working closely with the Talent Solutions Lead. Manage the end-to-end candidate process, including sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates through to offer and onboarding. Support high-volume hiring across data center operations, security, infrastructure engineering, software, and commercial functions. Collaborate with the Talent Solutions Lead to prioritise hiring needs, manage pipelines, and deliver against agreed project milestones. Build and maintain proactive talent pools aligned with the client’s evolving requirements. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects both WNTD’s and the client’s employer brand. Provide accurate reporting, market intelligence, and progress updates to support workforce planning and stakeholder communications. Work efficiently to meet delivery targets and maintain the highest quality of service. Required Experience Proven experience as a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer, or Talent Partner within IT recruitment. Familiarity with data center, IT infrastructure, or AI technology sectors. Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment with competing priorities and timelines. Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills. A collaborative team player comfortable working within a RPO delivery model. Previous experience supporting RPO or project-based delivery desirable but not essential.
