£Residential + Hospitality Design

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer specializing in Furniture, Fittings, and Equipment (FF&E) to join our client in London. This role requires a blend of creativity, project management, and people skills, offering a competitive salary of £55,000 to £60,000.
Lead and manage FF&E requirements across all projects, ensuring sourcing, ordering, and delivery align with timelines, budgets, and project briefs.
Work closely with interior designers to deliver projects holistically, coordinating receipt, delivery, and installation of all FF&E.
Plan resources and allocate hours as required by the projects, ensuring quality control at every stage.
Participate in senior meetings, planning sessions, and other internal discussions to ensure smooth project execution.
Creative and Design Process:
Develop concepts that align with the creative brief, presenting them to clients and internal teams with confidence.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all specifications and deliveries meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Implementation and Handover:
Coordinate and liaise with contractors, sub-contractors, and other relevant personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and submit planning applications, tender documentation, and licensing drawings.
Ensure quality control through regular site visits and oversee the final delivery of projects, including professional photography.
Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring a smooth handover and project closure.
Mentor and develop junior and middleweight FF&E designers, providing feedback and conducting regular performance reviews.
Delegate tasks and manage the team effectively, ensuring smooth project execution.
Degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or Architecture.
At least 10-12 years of experience in a related design practice.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and InDesign, with an understanding of technical drawings.
Experience working across multiple interior sectors (hospitality, retail, restaurant, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD.
Experience working on bespoke projects.
Organized, efficient, proactive, pragmatic, and flexible.
