Senior FF&E Designer (12-Month Fixed Term)


A leading interior design firm is seeking a talented Senior FF&E Designer to join their team on a 12-month fixed contract basis. With at least 9 years of experience in an interior design FF&E role and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the hospitality sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FF&E design process from concept to handover for a variety of projects, ensuring the highest level of creativity, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize your extensive experience to source and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with project requirements and client preferences.
  • Take ownership of at least 3 projects, varying in size and complexity, overseeing all aspects from initial ideation to on-site installation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, effectively managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.


Requirements:

  • 9+ years of interior design experience.
  • Experience in at least two sectors ( Hospitality, private residential, commercial residential F&B)
  • Led at least 3 projects from concept to handover.
  • Strong on-site experience.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software ( AutoCAD, Sketchup)
