As their 1st Revenue Operations hire, you will be the central pillar connecting Sales, Marketing, Operations Services, and Finance. This is a unique chance to design, build, and own the entire RevOps infrastructure from scratch, reporting directly to the CFO. This is a profoundly hands-on role; you are the strategist and the executor. You will personally build the scalable processes, systems, and analytics required to drive performance acceleration. What You Will Own Your mission is to ensure scalable systems, processes, and strategies, and the alignment of execution across all revenue-generating functions. You will partner directly with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to achieve these goals. 1. Infrastructure & System Mastery CRM Ownership: Serve as the hands-on technical owner and administrator of the CRM platform (deep HubSpot expertise is crucial), ensuring data integrity, scalability, and optimal configuration. Tech Stack Integration: Manage the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) tool stack (CRM, forecasting, retention tools), guaranteeing a single, reliable source of truth across all platforms. Process Design & Execution: Personally design, document, and build scalable, automated processes across the full customer lifecycle, focusing on GTM excellence and efficiency. 2. Financial Rigour & Commercial Control Deal Desk Validation: Act as the Commercial Checkpoint for deal structures, ensuring contracts comply with policies, pricing strategy, and readiness for billing/execution. Services Profitability: Build and refine systems to track Professional Services scoping, capacity, delivery, and margin analysis. Cross-Functional Optimisation: Drive process excellence across all GTM teams, identifying and implementing improvements that directly impact the revenue funnel. 3. Reporting, Forecasting & Strategy Executive Reporting: Monitor and deliver operational reporting and analysis, focusing on key metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), cohort performance, and price stickiness. Operational Cadence: Lead the GTM cadence, including accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and managing the Quota & Territory Design process in close collaboration with Finance. Your Essential Toolkit Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations role within a B2B SaaS or Subscription-based company. Financial Acumen: Strong working knowledge of the subscription business model (ARR, Revenue Recognition) and proven experience partnering directly with a CFO/Finance team. CRM Expertise: Deep, hands-on administrative and functional experience with HubSpot. Analytical Rigour: Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to build sophisticated models and insightful dashboards. Communication: Proven ability to translate technical concepts and data analysis into clear, strategic business insights for executive audiences.
