Location: Hybrid - WFH but need client would like someone to work from Southampton

Chapman Tate Associates seeks a Senior IT Account Manager to join this established Services Provider of Cyber Security, Cloud/Hosted Infrastructure, Backup/DR, Modern Workplace and Digital Transformation based solutions.

This is a pivotal role where you will work alongside a number of Solutions Consultants, Account Managers and Sales representatives, helping them identify growth opportunities with existing accounts. You will act as an overlay to strategically drive best fit solutions within the related service propositions.

You will be working with over 500 existing customers acting as a trusted advisor around emerging solutions and services offered by my client. Grow business, building trust and strengthening relationships with existing clients

* You will be responsible for revenue performance and growth through KPI delivery

* Support the Sales Director in executing the strategic growth plan across their portfolio of clients. You’ll help to develop and capitalise on existing client business

* Develop strong partnerships with clients by demonstrating a detailed understanding of their business, brand, industry, and how my clients’ services should be applied to bring their commercial ambitions to life

* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly.

* Actively promote our values, and contribute to the growth and health of the team and the business.

* Attend industry and key events; Ideally my client is seeking someone that has previously worked for an IT Services provider, VAR or a MSP.
