The Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this is a board level position and will have responsibility for strategic planning to deliver sustainable organic business growth against agreed performance targets and legal compliance. This role will take ownership of group wide business and systems improvement projects as well as streamlining processes in their businesses to continuously improve reporting and strengthen the integrity of the control environment. You will work in collaboration with the Chief Executive to increase the market share and profitability of their income streams.

Salary Package : c£100,000 + Car + Bonus + Benefits

Headline responsibilities include:-

  • inspirational and entrepreneurial operational oversight to coach and mentor the divisional business leaders to help them solve their own challenges, whilst learning from your skills and experience to encourage them to lead with a growth mindset
  • operational challenge, guidance and insight to ensure divisional leaders successfully undertake the day to day running of their business unit to achieve their strategic and financial objectives
  • of business strategy helping divisional leaders to develop sustainable strategies for organic growth
  • review existing operations to identify areas for improvement
  • high levels of employee engagement
  • and evaluate acquisition, business or product development and diversification opportunities
  • the successful integration of new business acquisitions
  • the financial, human and physical resources required to implement and deliver the strategy
  • review the competitive landscape and take the necessary steps to increase market share, grow revenues and customers whilst improving customer retention and brand awareness.
  • digital footprint to increase online revenues in the relevant business units
