Chief Finance Officer

Salary: Circa £120,000 + benefits

We are seeking an inspirational Chief Finance Officer to lead the financial, operational, and resource management of our institution. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will provide strategic leadership and accountability across finances, operational activities, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the institution
  • Lead the development of our Information Systems strategy, ensuring the delivery of robust information and data management solutions
  • Oversee the management of corporate services, including finance, HR, MIS, Estates, IT, and Risk Management
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align measures for performance monitoring and maintain financial health
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure financial probity and compliance

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with leadership experience in finance and resources within a complex and highly customer-centric setting
  • Strong strategic planning and leadership skills, with the ability to drive financial and operational excellence
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and sustainability
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership
