Prototype/Sub Assembly Mechanical Technician • Department: Vehicle Manufacturing
• Location: Warwick Onsite Fulltime
• Contract type: 3 Months Rolling Contract
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday: 6am – 2pm & 2pm – 1am (rotating weekly)

We are looking for experienced Prototype Mechanical Technicians to work with one of our prestigious vehicle manufacturers. Conducting mechanical and electrical fault finding down to component level
• Working on Sub assembly (Cells)
• Responsible for the Instrumentation function dismantling, building and adding the Instrumentation points to the vehicle parts.
• Working and following the design electrical drawings/schematics
• Conducting reworking, testing and repairing tasks on the vehicle
• Qualified Mechanic, Level 3
• PHEV qualified (IMI level 1or 2 minimum) or HV awareness courses from OEM’s (demonstrate)
• Experience within the Automotive Vehicle Manufacturing Industry
• Previous proven working experience with EV and PHEV Vehicles at Prototype
• Proven previous experience as mechanical technician
• Working according to the company quality and housekeeping standards
• Must have a mechanical/coach toolkit
• Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence
