This is an incredibly rare and fantastic career development opportunity for an already experienced Headteacher/ Principal to join and make a significant contribution to the Oasis Community Learning family. All our academies are passionately committed to providing a rich educational experience and ensuring that every child and young person has the chance to achieve at the highest level. As the new Executive Principal, you will lead Lord’s Hill School in its journey to good and enjoy having oversight of the Lord’s Hill Pre-School, currently graded as good by Ofsted. You will also drive the implementation of Oasis’s developing Wave 3 strategy in Southampton, representing all three of our existing academies and our pre-school. strives tirelessly to establish and sustain the expectations of the highest educational standards and behaviour with a determination to develop high quality learning for students both in the classroom and beyond
