Shift Based - Days and Nights 12hr shifts

£56,585 including shift allowance

* My global market leading client are looking to recruit an Engineering Team Leader in Castle Donington, they can provide an excellent working environment and extensive progression opportunities.

The Engineering Team Leader will support managerial duties and ensure a fully functional automated site. The Engineering Team Leader will have experience in leading and organising a team of maintenance engineers and be involved in hands on electro-mechanical maintenance.

Reactive/Planned Maintenance (Electro-mechanical).

* Control maintenance activities on site.

* Engineering Team Leading and Coordination.

* Undertake analysis of CMMS data to assist forward planning for CI opportunities.

* People Leadership including delivery of performance reviews, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues and employee welfare and wellbeing.

* Manage the day to day running of the team, including tasks such as approving holiday bookings and holding return-to-work meetings.

* A recognised engineering qualification.

* Ideally experienced in Automation / Manufacturing / FMCG.

* Recognised apprenticeship in an engineering field would be desirable.

* Proven track record in service maintenance

* Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing

* Computer Literate, MS Office / CMMS systems
