Do you have experience within conveyancing? My client are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their exciting business. The ideal candidate will be personable, keen to develop their career and have experience within Conveyancing. The Role:
  • Handling a high volume of conveyancing cases from instruction to post-completion
  • Communicating with clients, solicitors and estate agents over the phone and by email
  • Handling both freehold and leasehold cases
  • Exchanging contracts
  • Supporting the team leader with cases
  • Using the case management systems
Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience within conveyancing – this could be as a conveyancing assistant, paralegal etc
  • Understanding of conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent communicator
  • Highly organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Personable and approachable
