Field Sales Representative

Entry Level/ Junior Experience/ Graduate Role.

Working exclusively in partnership with an exciting leading non-alcoholic, functional beverage company.

Location: Birmingham

Field Based role

Must have a Driving License (B category)

Responsibilities:

  • Growing the distribution, visibility, and activation of the beverage products within stores
  • Visiting shops according to the tour plan
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Winning new listings with prospective clients
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Creating new customer relationships
  • Organising store-level promotions
  • Maintaining client records

Requirements:

  • A passion to succeed and develop in the world of sales
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Driving license B category
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate and excited- looking to develop a sales career within the drinks industry

If you have initial experience within sales in the food, drink or FMCG industry- working with independent and convenience accounts this would be a bonus (But not a requirement)
