About Us: REMWaste is a leading company in the UK Waste Management sector, partnering with over 750 different suppliers across the UK to enable us to give organisations across various industries including construction, engineering, demolition, insulation, and domestic households an exceptional service. As a rapidly growing business, we are expanding our online market presence and have recently embarked on a new tech venture to further enhance our production and growth. Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic remote team. The primary goal of this role is to conduct outbound sales calls, sell to inbound customer inquiries, whilst being conscious about customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, can demonstrate their numbers to showcase this, understand sales cycles long or short, be used to and comfortable with making and taking a high amount of calls per day. A good history with a CRM software is most advantageous .


Career Advancements: This role is at it’s core a starting block for the right candidate to progress into our commercial department where you can progress into a more senior role, beyond this there is further development to move into our software sales department and get involved in high value sales with substantial rewards. We are building a very different type of solution and we need great people to help us achieve this .


Handle inbound calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information regarding our waste management services.
Conduct inbound sales calls and sell customers on our products and services to secure new business.
Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed and organised customer database using CRM software.
Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and can showcase numbers to highlight performance.
A high level understanding of sales cycles long or short and should be able to discuss with us on a deep level
Ability to work remotely on their own and as part of a team.
Highly proficient with technology and softwares, the whole business is powered with online tools and requires a high level of being able to navigate these.
Familiarity with the waste management industry is advantageous but not essential.

Own computer (minimum 8GB RAM, no more than 2 years old, with sufficient free disk space to run work applications).
Hours 8am- 5pmMon - Sat (2 days off per week - 5 day working week)

Compensation and Benefits:
~£30,000 Competitive base salary to start with
