- Develop and maintain a precise Project Schedule, coordinating both internal and external milestones
- Oversee a Quality Plan or Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), ensuring the highest standards are upheld
- Manage the Project Budget with a keen eye on internal financial constraints
- Represent the company in quarterly management meetings with the client, fostering robust relationships.
- Lead ad hoc client meetings, addressing project-specific needs as they arise.
- Compile a Monthly Customer Report detailing schedule adherence, delivery performance, invoicing, quality assessments, and risk management.
- Deliver a bi-monthly report on various business risks, including safety, lifecycle, capacity, financial, ethical, and security, aligning with Good Industry Practice.
- Annually present a comprehensive report on the year's performance.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss and drive continuous improvement.
- A qualification in Project Management or a relevant Engineering discipline is required.
- A strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Project, and Word, is imperative.
