As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will manage investment properties within a dynamic team of industry experts. You will have high autonomy and responsibility, supported by property consultants and professional advisors. Property & Estate Management : Handle landlord consent requests, planned maintenance, service charges, insurance claims, dilapidations, lease covenant breaches, property appraisals, and landlord-tenant matters.
Provide strategic management of the Council’s property resources and work towards departmental targets.

Qualifications : RICS accredited degree in Real Estate or similar, with relevant General Practice post-qualification experience.
