Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit immigration applications (Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licenses, etc.).
  • Conduct legal research on immigration law and policy changes.
  • Draft legal documents and manage case files.
  • Liaise with clients, UKVI, and other stakeholders.
  • Support solicitors with appeals and reviews.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of business immigration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and sponsor licenses.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal systems and MS Office.
